Nutrition Therapy is a personalized approach to supporting your health through nutrient-dense food, healthy digestion, balanced blood sugar, restorative sleep, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle habits. Rather than masking symptoms, we focus on strengthening the foundations that support lasting health.

Do you work virtually?

Yes! I offer virtual nutrition consultations, allowing you to receive personalized support from the comfort of your home. If you're local to the Chattanooga area, in-person sessions may also be available.

Do I have to purchase supplements?

No. Supplements are never required. When appropriate, I may recommend high quality supplements to complement your nutrition and lifestyle plan, but food always comes first.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person is different. Some clients achieve their goals in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support as they build lasting habits and address more complex health concerns.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have questions about pricing or packages, I'm happy to discuss them during your free Discovery Call.
